How do I connect my Polymarket account?
After subscribing, go to Settings and enter your Polymarket API key, secret, passphrase, and private key. All credentials are encrypted before storage.
My bot isn't running - what should I check?
Make sure your API credentials are saved and valid in Settings, that your subscription is active, and that you have selected and started a strategy from the Dashboard.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. Go to Account and click "Cancel Subscription". Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Is there a refund policy?
All payments are non-refundable as outlined in our Terms of Service. Please review the terms carefully before subscribing.
How do I delete my account and data?
Email us at [email protected] with your account email and we'll process the deletion within 30 days, as described in our Privacy Policy.
